[Hachibe spent most of Christmas locked in his room crying after receiving his gift.  Finally, a phone call goes out to the town, completely unfiltered.  He doesn't bother answering anyone who tries to respond.]

"...Iroha.  I'm sorry."

[Afterward, he staggers downstairs to the kitchen, grabbing a kitchen knife and plunging it deep into his gut.  He spends his last few minutes wandering through the house spilling blood everywhere before heading outside, collapsing against the side of the house to bleed out in the front yard.  Feel free to happen upon him in his sorry state as he coughs up blood and laughs bitterly.]
