21st Candid Photo - Santa Hachibe

[pygmalion_perv]

[Hachibe's done with all his shopping, and he figures it's probably a good idea to get all his gift delivering over and done with before Mayfield decides to celebrate Christmas by setting the town on fire or something.  So today he's out and about town with a big bag full of goodies and a Santa hat on, traveling between the houses of various people he knows dropping off gifts.  Anyone can feel free to run into him along the way, but he'll be specifically visiting the following homes:

And wherever the ass Shiki Tohno (the teenage one) lives, because there's like 57 Shikis living in Mayfield and I can't even tell which one is him.]

It's a type of soup. It's very popular in my home. We created it actually.

It's usually made with beets.

[Going into the kitchen now.]

[Hachibe sits down at the table, taking off his coat and hanging it on the back of his chair. He also puts on the scarf, just sort of draping it loosely around his neck.]

[He stirs it around a little first before taking a small sip.]

"Huh... it's sweeter than I thought it would be."

"It's pretty different from Japanese food. I've never had anything like it before."

[takes another thoughtful sip]

"Not bad!"

[After a moment passes him the hot chocolate and sits down with one herself.]

[He's pretty ambivalent about the taste - it's not something he'd order on his own, but he wants to be a good houseguest, so he'll eat the whole bowl over the course of conversation.]

"Home-cooked meals are really nice. I was never that good at it myself."
