[It's Sunday! A glorious, sunny, springtime Sunday! And there's no school tomorrow! Clearly, this is the perfect time for a date with Shirley! That's Hachibe's general thought pattern as he heads over to 1664 Nelson Street, anyway. After a while of tearing through stuff, he doesn't find what he was looking for, and excuses himself and leaves.]

[After leaving Shirley's house, Hachibe can be found slinking back home looking like a kicked puppy. Contrary to his usual upbeat demeanor, he's got his eyes cast downward and his hands in his pockets as he trudges along. Every so often he sighs deeply, lifting a hand to rub at the corners of his eyes before continuing on.]

[Denizens of 1250 Williams Road will find Hachibe up in his room late Sunday evening cleaning up his room and rearranging things. In particular, he can be found cutting the eyes out of all the pictures of Charlotte Yeager that used to be hanging up around his room and putting them in shoeboxes in his closet. After staring for a while at the last such picture, he tucks it into the back of a book and puts it in the back of one of his desk drawers. After that's all done, he can be found sitting on his bed lazily flipping through some of the porn magazines he regained a few months back, looking at it with an almost bored expression on his face.]

Well, like... have you ever seen a girl, and you think to yourself 'wow, she has the most perfect eyes I've ever seen?' Or perfect breasts, or legs, or whatever?

It's kind of like that. I'm looking for a girl with all of my perfect physical characteristics.

But you aren't actually like, extracting them right. Because that's where things turn creepy.

Stalkers only care about the parts! They don't care what they have to do to the girl to get what they want! I'm not like that at all! In fact, I hate guys like that!

Well, once I find a girl with all of them, I'll marry her! That's what my dad did.

It's probably a terrible idea on my part but I have to admit I have some morbid fascination with how exactly this even works.

It's all about personal preference, really. I mean, realistically, what I like in a girl's eyes or breasts or legs isn't necessarily what everyone likes.

So what about personality, does that count as a part or is that entirely ancillary.

Oh yeah, personality's definitely important too! I mean, even if someone has all my perfect parts, it wouldn't mean much if she was a total jerk.

So basically you've got really high standards. Alright, that's cool. Less creepy than I initially thought anyway. You've gotta work on your sales pitch though, calling them "parts" gives of all the wrong connotations.

What would you call them?

Attributes. Equipment. Flavor. Seasoning. Details. Aspects. Facets. Properties. Traits. Qualities.

Okay actually half of those were probably creepier than parts, so maybe we should scratch this idea.
