[Mother's Day.  This sort of behavior actually isn't all that odd for Hachibe in the first place - he's already willing to bend over backwards to do anything at all for his parts girls, and he's a pretty friendly guy otherwise.  So he hasn't particularly noticed that anything is wrong just yet.  He's busybodying all over town today, visiting people and just sort of doing nice things for girls he meets along the way.  Anyone can feel free to bump into him on the street or while he's out shopping - he'll be at the pharmacy, the clothing store, the pet store, and the grocery store, but he's also making some specific stops at some specific houses today.  He's going for particular people in the house, obviously, but anyone who lives at these places can obviously answer the door.]

[Hachibe has shown up at 1245 Williams street carrying a large bag full of goldfish from the pet store.  He knocks on the door, looking just as cheerful as anything.]

Taiwan!  Are you home?  I have a surprise for you!

[To Olivier's house, Hachibe has brought an assortment of lip balm and moisturizers, as well as a humidifier from the drug store.  Knocking on the door.]

Major Armstrong!  It's Hachibe!  Can I come in?

[This time, Hachibe has a bag of clothing from the department store.  Once again, knocking on the door.]

Miakis!  Are you there?  I bought you something!

[Action; 457 Stone Street]

[At Seychelles' place, Hachibe has a pumice stone in his hand.  Knockity-knock!]

It's Hachibe!  Is Seychelles home?

[For the Childlike Empress, Hachibe has some Vaseline and other hand creams with him.  Knock knock knock.]

Empress!  I've got a present for you!

[This time, Hachibe's just carrying a washcloth along with him.  It seems to be made of some pretty soft weave fabric, though.]

Shana!  Are you around?  It's Hachibe.

[At Vietnam's house, Hachibe is carrying several different colors of hair ribbons along with him as he walks up to knock at her door.]

Vietnam!  May I come in?

Goldfish pedicure! It's been getting pretty popular in Japan recently among trendy young girls, so I figured you'd probably like that sort of thing too. Has it caught on in Taiwan yet?

Oh, no, that isn't what I meant! They just eat off the old dead skin and stuff like that! It's supposed to leave your feet feeling really soft and smooth afterward!

[Yup, it's one of the ones he was trying to push a few weeks ago when she was shopping for prom. Black, perfectly contoured to Miakis' body shape, and probably completely impractical for combat.]
